attach_media
Attach file to post
Attach one image or video from ChatGPT to an existing personal post. Pass the file reference (including a generated image if the client supports it); ChatGPT resolves it to a temporary download URL via openai/fileParams. Never invent a download URL or pass a sandbox path/base64 as a URL; if the client cannot resolve the file, use a real public mediaUrls URL or upload local bytes. Publora downloads, validates and stores the bytes immediately. Optional fileName overrides the original name for SEO. Leaves the post in draft, demoting scheduled posts; never publishes. No HTTP PUT or complete_media is needed. Supports jpeg, png, gif, webp, tiff, avif (up to 25MB), mp4, mov, webm (up to 150MB). Verify the ready attachment with get_post and schedule separately only if requested. Retries for the same post/file ID are deduplicated for 24 hours even if the temporary URL changes.

Owner alone may invite a company admin. Offboard removes Company access, not the user's personal account. Managers request a new client review round, cancel the approval requirement and revoke its link, or retry the decision notification to the requesting manager. Save all draft edits and finish media uploads first. Changed text, channels or media invalidates approval; request a new review after changes. Approval never publishes or schedules automatically. Request returns a private bearer review link for manual sharing only; do not autonomously send it or infer client approval. Cancel removes the requirement, not just a notification; use only when the user explicitly asks. On a lost request/cancel response retry the identical body and Idempotency-Key. retry_notification has no key, creates no review and never resends an already-sent notification; inspect notificationStatus afterward.

Get post group details, media inventory and platform-specific posts. The group carries firstComments[] and legacy firstComment (item 0). Each target post carries firstCommentResults[] in order; items include status: pending|posted|failed|skipped, dueAt, attemptedAt, postedAt, commentId, skipReason, error { code, message, platformStatusCode, outcomeUnknown }. Legacy firstCommentResult mirrors item 0. While a comment is pending, or error.outcomeUnknown is true, do NOT post it yourself: it may already exist. Each post includes isThread and threadParts (content, index, status, publishedId) and any post-level error to inspect publication progress. After partial publication, inspect the parts and live post; never recreate or resubmit the whole chain. After an unknown outcome, check the live account before any retry.
