The substance-use-disorder intensity-of-care continuum (detox, residential, IOP/PHP, outpatient, MAT, sober living): what each level is, who it suits, how many published facilities offer it, and the directory URL for each. Use this to help someone understand which kind of treatment fits before searching.

Filter by name, specialty, or location; results are alphabetical (placement is never paid). Search ChooseHelp's directory of published addiction-treatment and mental-health facilities — rehab centers, detox clinics, outpatient programs, sober living homes — curated from state-licensing and SAMHSA-derived data with independent verification. Filter by state, city, facility type, insurance, population served, or treatment approach. Results are ordered neutrally — placement is never paid.
