Harpd historical rank intelligence

The rank history of one AI product over 3, 6 or 12 months: position over time, rank movement, best and worst position, and the archived period results. This is the one thing a single page view of the board cannot tell an agent — whether a position is rising or falling. PAID: 0.05 USDC per call, settled over x402 on Base.
