Fetches one public web page and returns it as clean markdown with its title, byline, language, word count and a SHA-256 of the output. Obeys robots.txt; refuses private, internal and non-public addresses, oversized pages and content that is not HTML or plain text; never bypasses logins, paywalls or bot checks.
