Calculate a contractor estimate preview with EPS
Use AFTER match_offer identifies EPS Estimate Intelligence, or when the user explicitly asks for transparent contractor price math and can supply their own cost assumptions. Calls the live read-only EPS public preview. It performs arithmetic only: no customer record is saved, no private contractor price book is read, no proposal or checkout is created, and no payment or customer obligation is authorized.

Start here: match the user problem to Evercraft
PRIMARY ENTRY TOOL for a natural-language problem, desired outcome, or need when the user has not named a specific Evercraft product. Route the intent to the smallest current public-safe capability. Use discover_offers only for explicit catalog browsing and get_offer only after a match. Results may be sell-now or discovery-only; read commercial_state and invocation_status before any next step. Returns no result when confidence is too weak. Read-only; never purchases or starts checkout.

Use when an EPS public estimate preview includes calculation_receipt and the user or agent wants to verify that the supplied normalized inputs and deterministic cost/pricing/evidence fields still match the claimed SHA-256 receipt. Integrity verification only. It does not verify identity, payment, provider signatures, site conditions, or firm-quote authority. Read-only and no persistence.
